Fed-up of the daily, weekly or bi monthly purchasing of your meat products?
I did too, until I came up with a much easier method that saves time and also minimize cost.
I call it THE MEAT BUDGETING. This is where I buy a large quantity of diverse meat produce, sufficient for a month; cut it in bits and store in the freezer.

DeleteFor me this does not really work in Nigeria where we have epileptic power supply and aside that,when meat is stored for a long time,it becomes stale and looses its shelf-life...Nice write up though

For me I don't think its ideal to stock meat for long....

DeleteIts the storage for the meat that matters...my Sister incorporates this idea and buys a lot of fish and meatand stores them in her refrigerator but thats cause they have an above average power supply.
