I have an unanswered question, I'd like to share. Hopefully, your opinions will shed more clarity.
Here it goes : Why do women have to wear makeup to look beautiful and men don't? We all have the same skin right?
So why do we have to spend a minimum of thirty minutes in front of a mirror pilling on stuff, while the guys go barefaced?!!
Why cant we just go barefaced together?!!!
Please, your answers and opinions are highly welcomed.
I think..it's in the nature of the woman..please this my own thought but don't crucify me,and also just maybe it's insecurity not been comfortable with who you are and how you look..it goes with the make up,body magic,push bras,artificial butts,etc.

Deleteit has been traditional for women to always look their best especially when she has attained the age of marriage, in ancient times there are different ways at which women enhance thier beauty which includes hairstyles, drawing marks on thier bodies and faces, rubbing specific ointments etc. "a man is never ugly" an adage goes provided he has passed the coming to manhood rites and is strong to provide and protect his wife and home, he is regarded as an ideal man. to make up isnt a taboo..but some ladies are addicted to it even to their own inconvience and thats what i find hillarious
ReplyDeleteI agree with you but when you say a man is never ugly I disagree cuz why do you think some men go to the gym,( they don't build six packs for their fellow men but for the ladies to admire), take into consideration their outfit and also make sure they have a nice hair cut? That their beauty tips.
DeleteIf women make makeup for marriage - then she make big mistake - and be sure she will divorce very fast - because this makeup will not stay forever over her face

DeleteIf women think she can keep her man by makeup - then she will lose her man very fast and she have to understand and know what men really need from his women

DeleteThe answer is simple. Woman was created to be man's comforter/soulmate. To fulfill that plan women have to look attractive to men. Since there are other women in the race, extra effort is required to compliment the natural God-given beauty. Men on the other hand are what you may consider as the purchaser. Hence men simply need to boost their financial status and/or lie about it.

DeleteI think men are just wired handsome without add-ons but some women can really look awful when they do not do some patch ups lol...just on a lighter mood though..i feel beauty is a thing of the mind...no matter what you wear,if you do not feel comfortable in your own skin,then its all a waste of time and resources

ReplyDeleteWell, I don't really know much about women lifestyle but will I can say is that. Ladies always want sense of belonging and means of attraction to others, so they will do all they have to do to achieve it.

DeleteMaybe cos its customary,maybe not. I just want to make a point. A lot of women make up for them selves...the feeling it gives them and lots more which have nothing to do with men. MEN! don't flatter yourselves!, not everything is about you!

It's easy for men but some women thought itsi mandatory and some of them wearing it looks like monkey sorry to say that,but to be factual it's good to always look natural.
