1. Exercise strengthens your heart, improves circulation and reduce the risk of heart disease.
2. During exercise your body releases chemicals that can improve your mental health and mood, making you feel more relaxed.
3. Exercise stimulates the body to release proteins that improve the structure and function of the brain. It keeps you sharp as you age - if performed regularly.
4. For adolescents, it aids the development of strong bones and healthier muscles. And for the adult, it slows the loss of bone destiny that comes with age.
5. It enables you sleep longer and better.
6. Practitioners of aerobic exercises are physically balanced and smart in their daily routine.
7. Improve your sexual health for both the male and female. Regular exercise may lower the risk of erectile dysfunction in men.
